We lead by delivering quality and value to our clients. We like what we do. You can expect to never look for a graphic designer again. Our designers are here to help your brand reach its potential with complete dedication and client priority.
We will discuss your project design timeline during our scheduled call. We plan to send designs each week and complete the revisions at your request. That way you will always have a project agenda and timesheet on record.
Based on the design service or retainer package you choose, we dedicate a certain amount of time each month to accommodate your needs which means that sometimes we cannot accept new retainer clients. Retainer clients receive design service priority for all projects.
Our company works according to the principle of an individual approach to every client. This method lets us achieve success in problems of all levels. We are always ready to answer your questions. You can call us on nights and weekends.
We do not allow you to go over your hours without first notifying you where we are on schedule. Any hours over the set number included in your selected package is billed at $60 per hour. It will be your decision if we go over the hours in your contract or not.
Each retainer contract has a 3-month minimum. We can cancel your contract at any time, but no refunds will be given due to the time we have spent working with your brand.
